Collingrove Greenfields Open Air Venue South Australia

Barossa Valley Collingrove

The Barossa’s most timeless escape for motorsport, music, and moments that matter.

The Sporting Car Club’s Hillclimb facility, located 7km south of Angaston in the picturesque Barossa Valley, can be hired for your own competition event, for private days, product and vehicle launchs or a variety of other purposes.
A range of support options can be selected to best facilitate the needs of your event. These can include access to Clubrooms, a fully supported canteen, on track timing, providing officials and administration services.
Collingrove, traditionally known for its historic National Trust homestead and the iconic Hillclimb, is the perfect location for an open-air music venue. Its mix of “Old World” Barossa charm and vast, rolling hills makes it an ideal “Greenfields” site for festivals.

The Barossa’s Premier Exhibition Grounds

Space to Breathe, Room to Showcase
Collingrove offers a versatile, high-capacity outdoor arena perfect for large-scale exhibitions, trade shows, and community events. Unlike cramped city showgrounds, Collingrove provides the vast, rolling landscape that allows products like luxury caravans, off-road 4WDs, and premium camping gear to be displayed in their natural element.

The Barossa’s New Home of Sound

The Venue Experience

Collingrove isn’t just a field; it’s a natural amphitheater. Our “Greenfields” site has been designed to provide:
Panoramic Soundscapes: Open-air acoustics that let the music breathe, with the rolling Barossa hills acting as a natural sound barrier.
The Homestead Vibe: A unique juxtaposition of cutting-edge festival production against the historic, stone-walled legacy of the Collingrove estate.
Unrivaled Sunsets: There is no better place in the Valley to watch the sun dip below the vineyards as the headliners take the stage.

Festival Features

The Great Lawn: A massive, multi-acre open space capable of hosting thousands, with plenty of room for main stages, art installations, and “chill-out” zones.
Boutique Barossa Bites: We partner with local legends to bring the best Barossa wines, craft beers, and artisan street food directly to the festival grounds.
Glamping & Heritage Stays: From high-end glamping on the hill to the luxury rooms of the historic Homestead, we offer accommodation that turns a concert into a weekend escape.
