Collingrove Run Club
Where History Meets the Trail
Lace up. Breathe deep. Experience the Barossa on foot.
Escape the pavement and discover the hidden tracks of the historic Collingrove estate. Whether you’re a seasoned trail runner, a weekend jogger, or a family looking for a scenic morning stroll, the Collingrove Run Club welcomes all ages and abilities to the heart of the Barossa.
Why Run With Us?
Scenic Heritage Trails: Forget the treadmill. Our routes wind through 19th-century homestead grounds, ancient gum trees, and the iconic rolling hills of Angaston.
The “All-Ages” Pace: We aren’t a race; we’re a community. We offer three distinct “waves” every session:
The Heritage Hike: A gentle, pram-friendly walking loop for families and seniors.
The Homestead Jog: A mid-distance 5km route perfect for casual runners.
The Hillclimb Challenge: A 10km technical trail for those looking to test their legs on the Barossa’s famous inclines.
The Finish Line Social: The best part of the run is the recovery! Join us post-run at the Collingrove lawn for fresh local coffee, healthy Barossa breakfast bowls, and a chance to chat with your fellow runners.
Event Details & Family Fun
Kid-Friendly “Dash”: Every session kicks off with the “Little Legends Sprint,” a 400m fun run on the flat lawns for kids under 10. Every finisher gets a ribbon!
Dog Friendly: Four-legged family members are welcome on leads!
